New Fertilizer Granulating Machine Application
It is specially used for the granulation of livestock and poultry
manure, composted fertilizers, green manures, sea fertilizers, cake
fertilizers, peat, soil and miscellaneous fertilizers, three
wastes, microorganisms, municipal solid waste, and organic
fermented fertilizers. This machine is suitable for the granulation
of light and fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles
of the fine powder material, the higher the sphericity of the
particles and the better the quality of the ball. Typical
application materials: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure,
charcoal, clay, kaolin, etc.
New Fertilizer Granulating Machine Feature:
- Concentrated particle size, easy to control: Compared with natural
agglomeration granulation devices (such as rotary disc granulator,
drum granulator), the particle size distribution is concentrated.
- High organic content: the produced particles are spherical. The
organic content can be as high as 100%, realizing pure organic
granulation.
- High efficiency: high efficiency, it is easier to meet the
requirements of large-scale production.
- The granulation is angular and the powder rate is low: the
spherical particles have an acute angle after granulation, so the
pulverization rate is low.
