The cage grinder is a medium-sized horizontal cage grinder. The machine is designed according to the principle of impact crushing. The two sets of cage bars inside and outside rotate at a high speed. The material is crushed by the impact of the cage bars from the inside out. The nemesis of hard-grained materials such as ammonium, diammonium, urea, etc., is a powerful tool for crushing compound fertilizers.

Feature:

1. The cage grinder has simple structure, high efficiency, low cost, convenient maintenance and overhaul, and is also suitable for easily sticky materials, so it is widely used in organic fertilizer processing.
2. The machine adopts high-strength wear-resistant hard alloy cage bars with synchronous speed during the crushing process. The inlet and outlet are designed reasonably, and the crushed materials are uniform, not easy to stick to the wall, and easy to clean.
3. After the material enters the trouser tube through the feed port, it is divided into two paths and falls into the two rotors respectively. The rotors are driven by the motor through the belt to rotate at high speed. The rotor and the motor are installed on the lower casing. The rotor is enclosed in the upper and lower casings and opened. Both side covers can be easily cleaned, observed and repaired.
4. The rotor main shaft is supported on two bearing seats by self-aligning bearings. The main shaft is equipped with a chain seat. The chain seat is installed through the chain seat to protect the main shaft from corrosion.
