Batching machine:The main machine is composed of feding system,
weighing device,silo and conveyor belt.it has high automation and
only needs manual feeding.it greatly saves time and production
costs and meets the national measurement standards.
Grinder:Cage crusher is suitable for the crushing of bulk materials
in compound fertilizer production, but also widely used in chemical
industry, building materials, mining and other industries. In the
crushing process, the machine adopts high-strength bran-resistant
cemented carbide chain plate with synchronous rotating speed.The
inlet and outlet ports are designed reasonably,the crushed

Blender:High eficiency, high stirring sfficiency and less floor
area.Helical blades are made of special alloy with high wear
resistance, smooth operation is driven by reducer,smooth and low
noise,reasonable structure of single-axle mixer feeding from tom
top and discharging from bottom.
Granulator:Rotary drum and agitating gear two-in-one granulator is
a kind of forming machine which can make materials into specific
shapes.This machine is one of the key equipments in compound
fertilizer industry. It is suitable for large-scale production of
cold and hot granulation and high, medium and low concentration
compound fertilizer.
Dryer:Rotary dryer is suitable for drying of organic frtilizer,
slag clay limestone phosphogypsum steel plant,sludge of water slag

Automatic packing and Mechanical gripper:For handling or
palletizing box-shaped materials, adjustable grabbing size, light

base, one-way translation clamping ensures stable and reliable
grabbing finished product.
