Compound fertilizer can supply comprehensive nutrient for crops.
The production process of compound fertilizer is to combine the
main nutrient elements needed for crops (such as N, P, K and other
trace elements) by chemical method, that is, gather the nitrogen
fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potash fertilizer and other
chemicals together and make into particles which are suitable for
farming. Then applied into the soil, so that crops can absorb the
nutrients they need from soil.
Raw material ingredients: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium
chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium
phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and coarse whiting, ca), potassium
chloride, potassium sulfate and other raw materials are matched in
proportion (according to the market demand and the around soil of
test results).
Raw materials mixing: The mixture of the ingredients should be
mixed to improve the uniform fertilizer efficiency of the granules.
Granulation of raw material: The raw material after mixing equably
will be sent to granulator (drum granulator, and extruding
granulator both can be used).

Production Line
Batching machine:The main machine is composed of feeding
system,weighing device, silo and conveyor belt. It has high
automation and only needs manual feeding. It greatly saves time and
production costs and meets thenational measurement standards.
Grinder:Cage crusher is suitable for the crushing of bulk materials
in compound fertilizer production, but also widely used in chemical
industry, building materials, mining and other industries. In the
crushing process, the machine adopts high-strength bran-resistant
cemented carbide chain plate with synchronous rotating speed. The
inlet and outlet ports are designed reasonably, the crushed
materials are uniform, the wall is not easy to stick, and it is
easy to clean up.
Blender:High eficiency, high strring fficiency and less floor area.
Helical blades are made of special alloy with high wear resistance.
Smooth operation is driven by reducer, smooth rotation and low

Granulator:It is used for granulation to all kinds of organic
matter after ermentation, break through the conventional organic
prling before granulation. no need to dry and crush the raw
materials before granulation. It can direct burdening to work out
cylindrical grain, and save a lot of energy.
automatic packing and Mechanical gripper:For handling or alltizing
box shaped materials, adjustable grabbing size, light aluminum
alloy body, 304 stainless steel standard parts, swing hook base,
one way translation clamping ensures stable and reliable grabbing.
