This equipment utilizes the rapid reproduction and decomposition of
aerobic microorganisms for fermentation. It evaporates water from
organic wastes while reducing organic wastes, and obtains excellent
organic fertilizer by simple operation.
1. It is appropriate to control 60-70% of water volume when feeding
the organic waste.
2. 8-12 cubic meters of manure can be input every day.
3. Put into the fermenter, the aerobic bacteria will be fermented,
and the temperature will rise to 70 degrees as the suitable
fermentation temperature.
4. After 7 days of first fermentation, the fermented organic
fertilizer will be produced by the discharge belt.
5. After the organic fertilizer is produced, 8-12 cubic meters of
manure can be put in again on the same day to produce a cyclic
process.

Work theory
Waste composting reactor tower is composed of cylindrical
containers, screw mixing blades and transmission parts. The
cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the
material to be mixed in the tank. The positive and negative
rotating screw is mounted on the same horizontal axis to form a
low-power and efficient mixing environment. The ribbon-shaped
leaves are generally made of double or three. The outer spiral of
the material from both sides to the central collection, the inner
layer of the material from the center to the two sides of the
transport, the material can flow in the formation of more eddy
current, speed up the mixing speed and fermented fully.
