Process on this Granulator
① Utilize anaerobic fermentation and high temperature two-stage
fermentation to recover and use bio-energy.

solid spherical particles at a moisture content of 20% to 40%,
which greatly saves energy and equipment, and improves efficiency.

inorganic fertilizer granulation, and there are no special
requirements for granulated materials.
Since the production of biological fertilizers is based on organic
matter, the cellulose is high, the forming conditions are poor, and
the living bacteria with the function of fertilizer are added, the
production process is not suitable for high temperature exposure.
Disc granulation, extrusion and new granulation methods are adopted
in the material preparation method. Because these three processes
require high pulverization of raw materials and high granulation
water content, the general water content should reach about 30%.
The water content is low, the drying load is small, the loss of
effective bacteria can be reduced, the dust is small, and the
operating environment is better. The raw materials enter the
granulator, add appropriate amount of water or steam, and bond them
into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the
dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter
is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.
