Product Overview
The NPK Fertilizer Equipment is a composite granulating equipment
that combines the two technologies of rotary drum granulation and
agitator granulation. It is widely used in the granulation of
organic fertilizers such as livestock and poultry manure (chicken
manure, pig manure, etc.), composting fertilizer, urban domestic
waste, microbial fertilizer, etc. It can also be used in the
production of organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, etc.
Main features
- High efficiency and energy saving: Compared with traditional
granulation equipment, the particle size distribution is more
concentrated, the organic content can be as high as 100%, and it is
suitable for pure organic granulation.
- Strong adaptability: Especially suitable for light fine powder
materials (such as livestock and poultry manure, clay, kaolin,
etc.), the allowable range of raw material moisture is 20%-40%.
- Low pulverization rate: Spherical particles have no sharp corners,
a low pulverization rate, and high granulation strength.
- High degree of automation: Rubber plate or stainless steel liner is
used, scars are automatically removed, and maintenance requirements
are reduced.
Working process
- Drum granulation: The drum rotates to make the material react
chemically in a wet state (with the aid of water or steam) and
agglomerate into balls under liquid phase conditions.
- Gear granulation: The mechanical stirring force of high-speed
rotation and air power are used to continuously mix, granulate,
spheroidize and densify fine powder materials.
- Two-in-one advantage: After combining the two methods, the
particle balling rate is ≥90%, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle
size range is 0.3-3mm, and the particle size can be controlled by
adjusting the material mixing amount and the spindle speed.
